Terms of Use
Last updated: July 28, 2026
By using MyLecture.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational content
Content on MyLecture.ai includes courses, lessons, interactive activities, learning games, and research explainers for general educational use. We aim to keep materials accurate and useful, but content may change, contain errors, or become outdated. Nothing on the site is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Accounts
When the site is open to the public, you can browse and watch catalog content without paying. During early or invite-only access, we may require joining a waitlist and signing in before you can use the catalog. An account still unlocks extras such as a profile, starred library items (My Content), and ratings. If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Access and subscriptions
Catalog access depends on whether the site is open or in early / invite-only mode, as described above. Paid plans or additional access limits may apply when offered. When billing is enabled, payments are processed through Stripe and may be canceled according to the instructions shown at checkout. Refund terms, if any, will be stated at the time of purchase.
User-generated content
If creation features are available to you, you are responsible for prompts and content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. We may remove content or restrict access to creation tools that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt service, scrape or overload our systems, copy content in violation of applicable rights, or use the site for harmful or unlawful activity.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLecture.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
